Recently delivered, Fuse continues to fulfill its unique mission of bringing Tier 1 university research, government, and industry partners together under one roof.  As George Mason University begins its occupancy of Fuse, Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate is pleased to announce that three companies – JSI, Corvex, and Oasis Hill – have signed leases to join Fuse at Mason Square, the state-of-the-art hub for digital innovation, research, learning, and business in Arlington. These tenants strengthen Fuse as a center for collaboration between industry leaders, government, university researchers, and students.  All three tenants recently moved into Fuse this spring.

According to Brian Naumick, managing director at Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, “The latest cohort of tenants will drive innovation at Fuse, and each bring unique solutions to the market.  Fuse allows them unparalleled opportunities and tailored amenities designed to foster greater innovation and collaboration. The experience at Fuse is different, driven by its one-of-a-kind space and unique curated events and experiences planned every day for the benefit of our collaborators.”

Fuse at Mason Square is a 345,000-square-foot technology-focused facility designed to be an innovation community that fosters partnerships and opportunities that accelerate research outcomes into real world solutions. Its private, trophy-quality commercial suites, which are adjacent to George Mason’s Institute for Digital Innovation (IDIA), a graduate research and academic program in disciplines like computer science and engineering, provide not only immediate access to leading-edge labs, collaboration zones, and convening spaces, but also provide highly activated and curated programs, day and night, for the building’s occupants, visitors, and the wider community. Also on the Mason Square campus are law, policy, and peace & conflict resolution disciplines, which elevate multi-disciplinary work and provide a 360-degree view of new digital technologies and their impact.

The new tenants represent diverse sectors crucial to the digital economy:
